2. Refund Policy

I am committed to providing high-quality consulting services to meet clients' needs. However, I understand that issues may arise. My refund policy is as follows:

1. Consultation Fees
   Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled by the client at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Project-Based Services

   • A 50% refund may be issued if a client cancels the project before substantial work has commenced.
   • Once the agreed-upon milestones are met or deliverables are provided, no refunds will be issued.

3. Ongoing Services or Retainers

   • For ongoing or retainer-based services, either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice. Refunds will be issued for unused services beyond the notice period.

4. Exceptions
   Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as demonstrable failure to deliver agreed-upon services or gross negligence.

2. Dispute Resolution

I strive to resolve all disputes amicably. If a client is dissatisfied with our services, the following steps should be taken:

2. Resolution Timeline
   I will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

   • If an agreement cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated to mediation.
   • Both parties agree to work with a neutral third-party mediator to resolve the dispute.

4. Legal Proceedings

   • If mediation fails, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or pursued in the appropriate legal venue as per the laws of Finland.
   • Each party will bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator or court.

3. No-Show Policy

For scheduled consultations or meetings:

• If the client fails to show up without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refunds will be issued.
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24-hour notice.
